Add or cancel a Booking

Create a booking

Add booking
Go to 'bookings' and hit add booking.

If you have an existing customer, you can search for them by entering some letters of their name. If the customer is new, you need to add them in the customer section before you can search for them.

Enter booking details
Enter the necessary information and make the booking.

Booking confirmation
After making a booking, it will appear in the booking overview. You can view the booking details and choose to send a booking confirmation or payment request to the customer.

Cancel / delete a booking

How to cancel a booking

  1. Go to the booking you want to cancel.
  2. Click the three dots next to the title of the first card (top right corner).
  3. Select Cancel booking from the menu.
  4. Enter a reason for cancellation when prompted.
  5. Confirm to cancel the booking.
