Integrating waivers into your Let's Book system ensures a smooth and secure rental process. Follow these steps to set up waivers using WaiverForever.

Step 1: Create an Account at WaiverForever

  1. Visit WaiverForever.
  2. Sign up and create your account.
  3. Customize your waiver form to fit your needs. Be sure to use the default 'name' field so we can display that information correctly in Let's Book:

Step 2: Generate your API key

  1. Once your waiver form is ready, go to the settings > Webhooks & API
  2. Click 'Generate New Application Key'.
  3. Copy the generated API key to your clipboard.

Step 3: Integrate with Let's Book

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Let's Book.
  2. Paste the WaiverForever API link into the provided field.
  3. Save your changes.

Step 4: Link Waivers to Your Rentals

  1. Navigate to the Rental Setup page.
  2. Select the rental you want to associate with a waiver.
  3. Link the appropriate waiver or contract to the rental.

Step 5: Inform Customers in Booking Confirmation

To ensure customers know they need to sign a waiver, edit your booking confirmation message.

  1. Go to the Notifications page.
  2. Add a note in the booking confirmation email explaining that waivers must be signed and can be accessed on the booking detail page.

By completing this step, waivers will be fully integrated into your Let's Book system, ensuring all necessary legal documents are properly managed.
