Add custom questions to the booking form

Personalize the booking process by adding custom questions to gather the details you need, such as experience level, special requests or preferences, occasion for the trip or a preferred pickup location.

How It Works

1. Navigate to Booking Form > additional questions
2. Click Add Question.
3. Enter:
   • The question text.
   • Optional hint text (visible in the answer field).

Each custom question offers flexible settings:

• Required Fields: Ensure critical details are collected before completing the booking.
• Sensitive Information Handling: Include consent prompts for private or delicate data.
• Targeted Display: Show questions only for specific:
  • Dock locations
  • Boat models
  • Customer types

4. Save

Click 'rearrange' to drag and drop questions in a logical flow.

Responses are displayed on the booking detail page.
