Track customer notifications
Every email and text message sent for a booking is logged on the booking's Notifications tab: what was sent, to whom, when, and whether it arrived. No more guessing whether the confirmation ever landed.
Open any booking and click the Notifications tab to see the full history.
What you'll see
Each notification shows its channel (email or text), the recipient, and the delivery status of the latest attempt. Click a notification to expand its full history, newest attempt first.
Use the filter at the top to narrow the list:
- All: everything, including upcoming notifications
- Needs attention: only notifications where the latest attempt could not be delivered
- Delivered: confirmed deliveries
Under the All filter, an Upcoming card lists notifications that are scheduled but not sent yet, like pick-up reminders, with the planned time and recipient. It disappears when nothing is scheduled.
Delivery statuses
- Sent: handed off to the email or SMS provider
- Delivered: confirmed to have reached the recipient
- Delayed: the provider is retrying, usually resolves on its own
- Could not be delivered: the message did not arrive, time to take action
Upcoming notifications show as Scheduled until they go out.
Spot delivery problems
When a booking's latest message could not be delivered, you'll know without digging:
- A dot on the booking's Notifications tab
- A banner on the booking's Details tab
- A delivery-issue marker on the row in the bookings overview, plus a Delivery issues filter to round them all up
- A heads-up on your dashboard when any booking had delivery issues in the last 48 hours, linking straight to the filtered overview
Resend a notification
Fixing a failed delivery takes one click:
- Open the booking's Notifications tab
- Click Resend on the notification
- Check the recipient in the modal, and correct it if the address or number was wrong
- Confirm
The notification is sent again with the booking's current details. A corrected address applies to this resend only; update the customer record if it should stick for future messages.
Payment request notifications resend the same payment link. Once that request can no longer be paid, for example because it was already paid or has expired, the resend option disappears.
