Edit or cancel a booking

Edit a booking

1. Open the booking.
2. Click Edit booking and make your tweaks.
3. Hit Save. You’ll find it again in the bookings overview.

Watch out for pricing changes

Editing can change the price. If it does, send a fresh payment request, register a cash payment, or charge the card again.

Add-ons heads up

Changing add-ons won’t notify anyone. Give the team a heads up if needed.

Add any add-on to a booking

Flip Show add-ons not available at time of booking on the Add-ons tab to reveal add-ons that weren't available to the customer based on your settings. Handy for VIP exceptions or one-off arrangements.

Cancel a booking

1. Open the booking.
2. Click the three dots (top right of the first card).
3. Select Cancel booking.
4. Add your reason.
5. Confirm.

Done. The booking is cancelled and your customer gets notified.
