Search and filter bookings

The bookings overview is your operational home base. Bookings are grouped by pick-up day under headers like "Today" and "Tomorrow", filters sit in an always-visible rail on the left, and a scope switch above the list keeps you focused on what's ahead.

Choosing your view​

The scope control above the list decides which bookings you see:

  • Upcoming: everything from today onward, with quick presets for All, Today, Next 7 days, and Next 30 days
  • Past: finished bookings, with presets for the last 3, 7, or 30 days
  • Custom: pick your own date range

Finding bookings​

There are two ways to quickly find a specific booking:

From anywhere: use the search field in the top of your dashboard and start typing.

On the bookings page: use the Find booking field in the top bar. Search by customer name, email, phone number, or booking reference. Results appear as you type.

Filtering bookings​

On large screens the filters are always visible in the left rail. On smaller screens, click the filter icon in the top bar to open them. Filters apply instantly and combine, so "RIBs at the north dock that haven't paid" is three clicks away.

Available filters​

Dock: filter by pick-up location

Boat model: filter by boat type or model

Status: by default you see Confirmed and Completed bookings. Tick Cancelled to include those too, or switch to Custom to hand-pick from Draft, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, and Expired

Payment: Unpaid, Partly paid, Paid, or Overpaid

Documents: waivers awaiting signing or completed

Partner: filter by partner

Labels: filter using your custom booking labels

Flagged: show only bookings flagged for attention

Delivery issues: show only bookings where an email or text failed to arrive

Active filters​

Active filters show as removable chips, so you always see exactly what's narrowing the list. Remove them one by one, or hit Clear all to reset the filters while keeping your search and date scope.

Your filters are reflected in the page URL, so refreshing keeps your view and sharing the link gives a colleague the exact same slice.
