What's new​

Demo mode for a safe first look - New accounts start in demo mode so you can click around, make test bookings, and see how everything fits together before going live. Clear banners in the dashboard and booking form make sure nobody confuses a demo account with the real thing.

A dedicated onboarding view - Instead of hunting through settings, everything you need to get started is grouped in one place with clear next steps. You always know what's done and what's up next.

Context where you need it - The onboarding dashboard isn't just a checklist — it's full of helpful context along the way. Right next to the settings you'll find short reads like the "10 step setup guide" and "tips before going live", plus the more advanced fine-tuning and supercharge options that even experienced tenants sometimes miss — so if you've been running your business on Let's Book for a while, it's worth a browse too.

Terms and return URLs now speak every language​

Operating in multiple languages? Click the translation icon inside your terms & conditions URL or custom return URL field to set a unique URL per activated language. The booking form picks the right one based on the customer's language.

Add any add-on to any booking​

Flip the new "Show add-ons not available at time of booking" toggle in a booking's add-ons tab to reveal add-ons that weren't available to the customer based on your settings. Perfect for VIP exceptions or one-off arrangements, no more workarounds.

More powerful booking questions​

Additional questions on your booking form just got a big upgrade. Instead of only text fields, you can now add checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdown menus. Great for things like "How did you hear about us?", required agreements, or choosing a preferred pickup location.

System emails like booking confirmations, reminders, and welcome messages used to be the same for everyone. Not anymore. You can now fully customize the content of every system notification, and use customer variables like name and booking details to make each email feel personal. Match the tone to your brand, add your own instructions, or include specifics about your location.

A cleaner payment overview​

Small thing, big difference: additional charges of $0 no longer have to clutter up the payment overview. Toggle "Do not display the cost if it amounts to exactly 0" on any additional charge, and your customers only see what actually matters.

Book on behalf of a partner​

When creating a booking as an admin, you can now assign a partner to it. The booking automatically applies that partner's pricing, add-ons, and other settings — as if it came in through them. Useful when a partner sends you a booking request directly, and you want to make sure the right rates and conditions apply.

• Pending bookings can now be cancelled immediately with the "Cancel" button, freeing up availability right away instead of waiting for the hold to expire
• Boat models that a customer type isn't allowed to book are now hidden in the booking form
• You can now set up a 24-hour reminder email for upcoming trips via your notifications settings
• Several dropdown menus are now alphabetically sorted and grouped with category headers for easier navigation
• The planning timeline now scrolls to the start of the day and shows a daily total of bookings and trips
• Booking confirmation emails now prompt customers to add the trip to their personal calendar (depending on their device)

• Resolved a crash that could occur when saving pricing after removing an add-on product

Planning and availability merged - Availability bars now sit directly in your planning timeline, showing you capacity and bookings side by side. See exactly why you're fully booked and when slots open up. Green bars mean boats available, red means fully booked.

Margins visible in timeline - See prep time before trips and buffer time after. Spot exactly when late returns will cause problems for your next booking.

Block bookings visible in timeline - Maintenance blocks, private events, and downtime now appear directly in your planning view. No more accidentally scheduling over blocked periods.

Smarter filtering - Filter by dock location and boat type with one click. Switch between locations instantly to see what's available where. Your selections stick while you work.

Labels on hover - Hover any booking to see labels like "VIP", "Late pickup", or custom tags you've added. Quick context without opening the booking.

Save your favorite views - Set up your filters once, save the view, and load it anytime. Perfect if you always check the same dock or boat type first thing in the morning.

Cleaner, faster - Rebuilt the whole timeline engine. Scrolls smoother, loads faster, handles hundreds of bookings without breaking a sweat.

Coupon codes overhauled​

Search through all your codes, archive old ones, and update usage limits. No more "only showing 3 codes" nonsense.

What's fixed:

• Search across all your coupon codes
• Archive codes you're not using anymore
• Update max usages on existing codes
• Reuse archived codes when creating new ones with the same code name
• View more than just the last 3 codes

• Added queue system for background processes—actions complete instantly while processing happens behind the scenes
• Webhook delivery now uses retry queues—if your endpoint is temporarily down, we'll automatically retry sending the webhook

The finance section just got way clearer. Your balance is shown upfront, every cost on a booking is broken down. Standard costs are now locked, so you always see the original pricing. Much cleaner picture of what actually happened.

Need to adjust something? Add a discount. Just create negative manual costs to balance out other charges. Keeps the original costs intact while giving you full control.

Popular request from our US friends: save credit card info and charge customers later without bugging them again. Damage deposit? Extra hours? Just charge the card on file.

Flip the switch in your Stripe settings: "Request permission for offline charges".

Take boats out of service for a few hours, days, or even months. Use blockout dates to instantly control availability for maintenance, private events, or planned downtime. Pick exactly which boats to block. If you use docks, you can block those too.

Blocked periods appear in your Blockout dates overview, and they also pin to the availability bars in your planning overview so you never miss them.

• Wix integration polished so it blends in better with your site.
• Order overview can be printed. Handy for handouts and ticking items off with a pen.

From the booking page (or via the finance tab), you can now click straight through to the deposit or payment post in Stripe or Mollie. Configure providers via Integrations.

Super handy for refunds or quick checks. A full integration is coming, but this already saves time.

We've added a brand-new add-on order overview, built around your team.

• For the planner: a complete view of all upcoming add-ons, per day and in total.
• For fulfillment: a clear timeline of what needs to go out and when.

Filter by time range (such as 'tomorrow' or 'next week') and category, and instantly see what's scheduled.

• Answers to custom booking questions now show up automatically in the confirmation email you receive.
• You can now decide if Let's Book should suggest other boats or dates when something's fully booked. Not a fit for your business? Turn it off.
• You can now copy new coupon codes to your clipboard right away—makes things easier!

Good news — making changes to an active booking is now a lot easier:

• Full editing freedom when the boat is claimed but the trip hasn't started yet
• You can now switch to a different boat model — as long as the trip hasn't started
• Editing ongoing trips is now smoother — even when pickup's in the past
• Past pickup times are visible again in the UI (no more disappearing time fields)
• It's now visually clearer which boat is linked to a trip. So you instantly see that it's unavailable for others

We also fixed an issue where availability could show up incorrectly when editing a booking.

Custom phone number settings​

Admins now get full flexibility: make the phone number field required, optional, or remove it entirely. Shape your booking flow the way you want it via your booking form settings.

We already supported standard rules—but now you can handle almost every edge case. Set precise conditions per customer group: how far in advance they can book, on which days, with how many people, and more.
