Access customer booking history through their profile.

View customers

Finding customers

• Search by customer name in the customer overview
• Filter by customer type to find specific groups
• Click on any customer to view their profile

Booking history

In the customer profile, use the dropdown to filter bookings:

• All - Shows all bookings
• Past - Shows completed bookings only
• Upcoming - Shows future bookings only

Each booking shows dates, booking details, and current status. Booking records are kept for at least 3 years.
